There are a number of wild tribes that have formed a very loose confederation around Theria. These tribes while individually no threat together keep Theria from expanding too far. Clashes between the Tribes and the Militia are uncommon for now but tension is always present. Merchants find it necessary to pay off one or the other tribes to guarantee safe travel along the land routes of the city. Infighting and competition with humanoid people (goblins etc) keep the tribes somewhat divided but they do realize their interests are with the city. Primary class – Any primal.
